You can think of whatever sitting on the retro deck chairs looking straight at the park. Or don't think at all and dream on the bed. You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs! This is a studio loft condo designed for 2 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies like it looked in 1974. However, it's totally today with your own private wifi and cable TV. There is a coffee maker and a kitchenette, so you can enjoy a home cooked meal. The condo is located on the 1st of 3 floors. This space features a queen bed built-in next to the window. The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The HOA has closed the POOL HOUSE for the INDOOR pool, hot tubs, and spas for roof repair. Right now the ETA for INDOOR POOL HOUSE reopening is sometime in April-May 2024. We do NOT yet have an official date so it is closed until announced here. 4/11/24: The outdoor pool is now open for the season until Labor Day (and beyond depending on weather)! The hours are 900AM to 945PM daily. The pool is heated and it may not be warm enough for use during very cold temperatures. Guests swim at their own risk. The indoor pool and hot tubs remain closed until further notice due to renovation.
