Following your booking, we will send these documents to you. To finalize your reservation, you MUST electronically sign and send these documents back to us. **Dog Fee: $95 per dog plus tax, up to a maximum of 3 dogs.** Please note:  The property is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay. CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. 50% refund of the amount payable (if the trip is paid in full, otherwise the initial deposit is held) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.  No refund (minus the cleaning fee) if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival. Reservations can not be changed within 30 days of your arrival.
